All pricing and associated fees are transacted in USD. Where feasible, all required import taxes, duties, brokerage, and customs processing fees are paid and collected during checkout, ensuring recipients are never required to pay any additional charges upon arrival (DDP where available).
Each precision-crafted wooden item is carefully packed using protective cushioning and durable custom containers to ensure reliable transit. Due to the exact structural nature of the puzzles, packaging is specifically engineered to stabilize the internal mechanical components and prevent shifting which could compromise the fit. Larger or multi-item orders may be bundled for structural stability. The total amount due, displayed at checkout, is comprehensive—covering shipping, handling, taxes, and duties—no subsequent payment is necessary at the time of delivery.

Enviapew’s mechanical wooden items are individually or batch-packed to eliminate internal movement and transit risk. The packaging is designed specifically to shield the precise mechanical structures and delicate wooden finishes. Enviapew financially subsidizes a portion of the total shipping expense, and the reinforced packing cost plus the total amount due are shown transparently at checkout.
International Duties and Customs:
For shipments delivered to the UK, FR, DE, ES, IT, BE, PT, AU, and CA, Enviapew ships under DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) terms. Import VAT/GST, all applicable duties, brokerage charges, and customs fees are prepaid and integrated into the final checkout total in USD. Under no circumstances should payment be made to the delivery agent. If any individual requests payment upon delivery, contact Enviapew immediately.
Most items move into final structural checks and dedicated packing within one to two business days.
Please fully inspect your shipment immediately upon receipt. If damage occurs (particularly affecting the precise structural integrity or wooden finish), notify the Enviapew team promptly with your order reference number and clear visual evidence (photos or a brief video) showing the external carton, internal packing materials, and the affected wooden item.
If tracking fails to update for an extended duration, or delivery has not been completed within the published time frame from the ship date, contact Enviapew. Once the carrier formally confirms the item as lost, Enviapew will issue a replacement at no extra charge or provide a full USD refund.
