Using the Website

You must utilize the Website lawfully and respectfully. It is prohibited to interfere with our services, attempt to reverse-engineer any component, engage in data scraping, upload malicious software, harvest user data, or attempt unauthorized access. Products, Pricing & Accuracy (Handcrafted Goods)

Enviapew offers handcrafted wooden puzzles, brain teasers, and logic display items only. While we take great care in presenting photographs, measurements, materials, finishes, and prices, minor variations are inherent to our craft:

• Material Variation: Because items are made from natural wood, they feature unique grain patterns, natural knots, and potential color shifts; slight variances in the hand-cut tolerances for puzzle pieces may also occur.
• Care and Maintenance: Follow all usage and care instructions; protect wood from direct sunlight, excessive temperature swings, and prolonged moisture to maintain the integrity of the puzzle mechanisms.

Prices, inventory levels, and features are subject to change without prior notice. All prices, fees, and refunds are denominated in USD. If we detect a substantive error (regarding price, stock status, or description), Enviapew reserves the right to correct the error and cancel/fully refund any affected order; if Enviapew cancels, you will receive a complete refund in USD.

Orders, Payments, Taxes & Cancellations

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Enviapew accepts this offer once an order confirmation is sent and preparations for production or shipping commence.

• Payment: Use the methods shown at checkout. You agree to pay all charges listed at checkout in USD.
• International Fees: The management of any duties, VAT/GST, and brokerage fees is governed by the Shipping Policy for your destination; amounts due (if applicable) are specified at checkout in USD.
• Ownership and Risk: Title (legal ownership) transfers after full payment is received. The risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery by the carrier to your specified address (or upon collection by you or your representative).
• Cancellations: Refer to the Cancellation Policy. Cancellation may be possible before the puzzle ships or before custom production begins; after shipment or start of production, cancellation may be impossible.

Shipping & Delivery (Parcel Shipping for Handcrafted Items)

Consult the Shipping Policy for comprehensive terms. Given the nature of our wooden puzzles and decor, items typically ship via standard parcel services. Missed delivery appointments or address changes requested post-shipment may result in carrier fees as described there.

Upon receipt, thoroughly check the packaging before signing. If damage is visible (which may affect the integrity of the wooden components), record it on the delivery paperwork, take photographs, and contact Enviapew immediately. Retain all original packaging until subsequent instructions are confirmed.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Review the Return & Refund Policy for conditions of eligibility, required steps, and timelines (USD). Custom-made or personalized items may be exempt from returns, except in cases of defects or transit damage. Initiate any return by first contacting Enviapew; items must be in near-new condition and, ideally, in their original packaging. Refunds are issued to the original payment source in USD. Where mandatory local consumer rights (e.g., EU/UK withdrawal rights for eligible standard goods) apply, they will be fully respected.

Your Content & Intellectual Property

All proprietary material on the Website (text, images, graphic designs, logos, layouts, underlying software) is owned by Enviapew or our partners and is legally protected. You must not copy, reproduce, or repurpose any content without express written authorization.

If you submit content such as reviews, photos, or commentary, you grant Enviapew a global, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, duplicate, publicly display, adapt for clarity, and share that material across the store, emails, advertisements, and social media platforms. Do not post material that you do not own or that is unlawful, abusive, or infringes on privacy rights.

Warranties, Safety & Care

Many of our items come with a limited warranty against manufacturing and material defects for residential use (see the specific product page or accompanying paperwork). This warranty explicitly excludes:

• Normal signs of use and wear and tear from repeated assembly/disassembly of puzzle pieces.
• Anticipated changes in wood due to climate/age, color changes from light exposure, incorrect assembly, improper use, commercial application, or damage from excessive moisture/heat/pets/harsh chemicals.

Usage Care: Always follow any provided assembly or usage guides; store your puzzles/decor in a stable environment away from excessive humidity. Except for any explicit warranties provided, and to the extent permitted by law, Enviapew disclaims all implied warranties.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum degree allowed by law, Enviapew shall not be held responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages not directly caused by us. For any actionable claim, the total liability of Enviapew will be capped at the USD amount you paid for the specific wooden item involved in the dispute.

• Force Majeure: Enviapew is not liable for delays or failures resulting from events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., severe weather, shipping carrier delays, material shortages, etc.).

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are interpreted according to the following laws, with non-exclusive jurisdiction held in your country of residence when mandatory consumer protections require it:

• United States: the laws of the State of FL.
• United Kingdom & European Union (FR/DE/ES/IT/BE/PT): your national laws and relevant EU/UK consumer regulations.
